Stock Car´s 6th “Million Reais Race”, which will take place at the Goiania International Race Track on August 3rd, will pay a tribute to Ayrton Senna. The fastest driver during the qualifying session, on August 2nd, will be gifted a gilded Senna statue, created by artist Wilson Iguti.

The piece was specially designed to honor the three-time F1 champion’s 20 year legacy by depicting Senna’s trademark “stop” – the way he always posed for photographers, holding his helmet at the side of his body.

Besides the prize to whoever gets the pole position, each car on the starting grid will feature the “Ayrton Senna Sempre” sticker, created by the JWT ad agency to mark all the celebrations and homages to the driver´s 20-year legacy.

The Brazilian Touring Championship cars, which will race right after the Stock Car competition, will also display the stickers.
