Check out the video in honor of Ayrton Senna
Named “My Ayrton”, and with a runtime of two and a half minutes, the video features an emotional voice over by Mrs. Neyde, remembering her son. She recalls the virtues and values held by Ayrton not only on the track, but especially in his daily life. “He was very sweet with people, He used to bring me flowers. He was restless, but at the same time polite. He couldn’t sit still, he was always fiddling with something and he always fought to get what he wanted”, recalls Mrs. Neyde.
To encourage people to think about how much Ayrton Senna means to them, the Institute is launching the #MyAyrton hashtag on social media and asking fans: “who is your Ayrton?”
“Our goal is to show the way Ayrton’s values and ideals still impact and inspire people every day, all over the world. Through the testimony given by grandma Neyde, Ayrton’s mother, we highlight several of Ayrton’s traits that everyone can have”, says Bianca Senna, Branding Director of the Ayrton Senna Institute.
