The Goodwood Festival of Speed is one the most traditional events in the world of motor sports, receiving several classic cars annually. Last weekend, Jenson Button drove the car with which Senna won his last title, the 1991 McLaren Honda Mp4/6. It was Button’s 15th time attending the festival.

Check out below a video with the British driver’s presentation.

Another car connected to Ayrton Senna was also a big hit during the exhibit: the McLaren P1 sports supercar with a green and yellow paintjob, alluding to Senna’s iconic helmet and, of course, to the Brazilian flag. Ayrton Senna’s signature was printed on the car’s rear wing and on its nose, next to the right headlight. The car in honor of Ayrton was custom-designed by MSO (McLaren Special Operations).
