Senninha (Little Senna), created by three-time F1 world champion Ayrton Senna, launches his official Facebook page this Monday (February 23rd). The channel’s goal is to bring all kinds of entertainment to old and new fans of the character alike.

The page, which will be administrated by the Ayrton Senna Institute, will feature games and comics underlining the values that guided Ayrton Senna’s career, like a winning spirit, determination and pride in his Brazilian heritage.

“The social networks are becoming more and more present in people’s lives, and our role is to improve the quality of the content we offer them, through the values conveyed by Senninha. Part of our strategy is having a presence on these channels via the Senninha and Ayrton pages”, explains Bianca Senna, Branding Director of the Institute.

2015 has even more in store for fans of the character. The “Zupt! Com Senninha” (“Zupt! With Little Senna”) series will soon debut on the Discovery Kids Brazil cable channel. With 13 episodes, a minute each, the cartoon is going to address important concerns in the upbringing of children, such as determination, perseverance, respect and cooperation. The project is handled by Super Toons production company.

Conceived and launched by Ayrton Senna in February 1994, Senninha is a kid who loves to go fast and wants to be a Formula One driver.  He lives in a world full of cars, connecting rods, chassis and tires, besides gizmos and power tools. With the character, Ayrton Senna wanted to bring children some of his values that transcended the world of motor sports.
