Stand 21 has just launched replicas of the racing suit that Senna wore in his first F1 victory, in 1985, at the Portuguese Grand Prix, where the Brazilian put up a spectacle by facing a storm and brilliantly winning the race. Only 41 suits will be manufactured, alluding to the number of races won by the Senna in the world’s biggest motor sports category.

The replica is identical to the racing suit he wore as a Lotus driver, the team for which he raced in the 1985, 1986 and 1987 seasons. The piece was developed under the watchful eye of Yves Morizot, chairman and founder of the company that manufactured Senna’s suits at the time.

The suits are only being sold via e-mail (keyaccount@stand21.fr) or phone (+33 380 53 92 21). The replica will be framed and delivered with a certificate of authenticity. Part of the revenue will go to the Ayrton Senna Institute.
