Approximately 300 hundred racers at the circuit will compete with a sticker alluding to Ayrton Senna’s 20-year legacy on their bikes, in an homage to the driver during the fourth race of the SuperBike Series Brazil, to take place on July 6th at the Interlagos Racetrack, in São Paulo..

During the last race of the Superbike Series Brasil 2014 season an exhibition will be held at the historic circuit, where the Formula One idol – who also loved two-wheeled vehicles – celebrated important victories.

The show will feature items like the helmet he wore in his first F-1 victory, at the 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix, and the trophy he received after the 1986 Detroit Grand Prix, when he won the race and for the first time held up the Brazilian flag – a gesture that would become his trademark. There’s also the helmet he wore at the 1993 European Grand Prix, in Donnington Park. Besides, there will be models of the driver’s cars, like the famous black Lotus and the McLaren.

To engage visitors in the homages, each person that buys a Paddock Pass (which costs R$ 40,00) will be gifted a sticker commemorating Ayrton Senna’s 20-year legacy. Other members of the audience can also take home the sticker, by buying an official SuperBike Series Brasil t-shirt at the stands for R$ 40,00 each.
